NEET UG Registration Fees
The application fee for NEET UG depends on the candidate’s category and the choice of exam centre. Candidates must pay the fee online to complete the NEET UG 2026 registration process. As per NTA trends, the fee structure remains almost the same every year.

The NEET UG 2026 registration process started on 08th February 2026 and will remain open till 08th March 2026 (up to 09:00 PM). The last date for successful fee payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI is 08th March 2026 (up to 11:50 PM). NEET Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the NEET 2026 Exam, You should ensure that you fulfill NEET eligibility criteria by NTA. The requirements include age limits, educational qualifications, nationality, minimum passing marks, attempt limit & more. If the eligibility criteria are not fulfilled, then authority will reject his/her application, and application fees will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
NEET UG Age Limit
The minimum age limit for NEET 2026 is 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the 17 years on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Course. Candidates born on or before 31.12.2008 can apply for the exam. There is no maximum age limit for NEET 2026.
NEET UG Educational Qualifications
To apply for NEET 2026, a candidate should have completed their Class 10+2 or equivalent with minimum passing marks in Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology/Biotechnology.
NEET UG Marks Required
The minimum NEET 2026 eligibility marks in Class 12th are 50% for the general category, 40% for the SC/ST/OBC category, and 40% for the PwD category.
Nationality
A resident of India, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), and Foreign Nationals are eligible for admission in Medical /Dental Colleges hence they can sit for the NEET examination.
How to Apply for NEET 2026 Application Form?
Applying for NEET 2026 is simple if you do it calmly, step by step. Just keep your documents ready, follow the process properly, and you’ll be done without any confusion or stress. Below are the steps
Step 1: Do Your Registration First
First of all, visit the official NEET website and click on New Registration. Fill in your basic details like name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. Once you submit these details, the system will generate an Application Number. Note it down carefully because you will need it again and again. Also, create a strong password and choose a security question because you’ll use these details every time you log in.
Step 2: Log In and Fill the Application Form
Now, log in using your application number and password. Slowly fill in your personal details, academic details of Class 10 and 12, exam city preferences, and the language of the question paper. Select your category and nationality carefully, as these details are verified later during counselling.
Step 3: Upload Photos and Documents
Next, upload all required documents like your recent passport-size photo, signature, thumb impression, finger impressions, and certificates (if applicable). Make sure all images are clear and uploaded in the correct format, otherwise the form may get rejected.
Step 4: Pay the Application Fee
After uploading documents, move to the payment section. Pay the NEET 2026 application fee using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Wait till the payment status shows Successful. Remember, fee deduction alone is not enough and the confirmation page must be generated.
Step 5: Download Confirmation Page
Once the payment is successful, download the Confirmation Page. This page is proof that your NEET 2026 application form is submitted successfully. Save it and take a few printouts for future use.
